As an ISO 9100-registered manufacturer, we produce high-reliability electrical cables and harnesses for military ground vehicles and other ruggedized applications.
The Position
This role reports directly to the Engineering Manager and involves designing, implementing, and reviewing procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process.
- Researching automation techniques to enhance efficiency
- Testing new systems to identify areas for improvement
- Planning factory layouts to maximize production efficiency
- Sharing departmental duties and maintaining assigned goals for efficiency and productivity
- Supporting the department's key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least six months of experience in manufacturing or a degree in a technical field with four years of experience in manufacturing cable harnesses.
Candidates should possess proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office
- CAD design software
- English language skills, written and spoken, with a minimum of 60% proficiency
