We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Efficiency Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or a technical career with four years of experience in manufacturing of cable harnesses.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. They will also research automation techniques, test new systems for efficiency, and plan factory layouts to maximize production efficiency.
The chosen individual will share all departmental duties, maintain assigned goals for efficiency and productivity, and must be able to understand Lean concepts. Most importantly, they need to support the department's KPIs and be willing to understand the product firsthand.
