- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers for subjects that do not pertain directly to insurance coverages
- Follow up on company alerts and reach out to insureds accordingly
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
