Job Title: Program Management Analyst - Middle
Location: Fort Detrick, Maryland
Position Summary:
This contract is contingent upon government award.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Analyst to provide support for the Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services contract. This role will involve planning and conducting life-cycle management reviews, impact assessments, and providing administrative and management planning support.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct life-cycle management reviews and impact assessments.
- Provide administrative and management planning support for developing, analyzing, and updating policy and planning documents.
- Support senior program managers in tracking performance, including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance.
- Provide expertise in information management, including creating, capturing, classifying, indexing, storing, retrieving, and disposing of records.
- Handle Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and offer services to internal and external customers based on information resources.
- Maintain and document program data, conduct research, and report findings.
- Ensure all analysis and reporting adhere to military standards, protocols, and security requirements.
- Train and mentor new personnel on SOP as needed.
- Provide basic electronics training for partner nation personnel if/as required.
- Engage with military customers to support Integrated Teams and process improvement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in management analysis, preferably in a military or defense environment.
- Active DOD Secret security clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be authorized to permanently work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a DoD service contract environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of Army Regulation 25-50 and experience in preparing and managing correspondence.
- A bachelors degree in any field is preferred.
