We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing commercial roofing projects from planning through completion.
- Support foremen and crews by ensuring they have the necessary materials, tools, and information.
- Attend and contribute to pre-job meetings to ensure proper preparation.
- Help coordinate project documentation, including shop drawings, submittals, and change orders.
- Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, attend meetings, and assist in resolving issues.
- Work closely with project managers to track project timelines, budgets, and job progress.
- Maintain strong communication with supervisors, owners, and subcontractors.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and new roofing technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Position Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable using computers and project management tools.
- Must be willing to work outdoors during normal work hours.
- Ability to maintain a weight of less than 300 lbs. (including clothing and backpack) to comply with roofing safety standards.
- Experience in construction or project management is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
