Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a talented, caring, and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
This role is focused on providing excellent customer service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while supporting our Producer Team.
Key qualifications include:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A Property and Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain one)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Customer service experience in an equivalent field or professional office setting

- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Duties will include:
- Answering phones and greeting clients
- Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
