Charles Monat Associates LLC is a dynamic High Net Worth Life Insurance Broker that specializes in International Life Insurance Sales and Support. This position is located in Miami Florida in the Brickell area and is primarily supportive of our three person LATAM sales team.
Responsibilities:
§ Support daily office operations, including facility management, procurement, and document organization.
§ Responsible to drive streamlining of administrative processes to improve efficiency.
§ Coordinate with Group IT to provide basic IT support, including coordinating with external vendors for troubleshooting and system updates.
§ Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and administrative expenses.
§ Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, pitch decks, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with client documentation.
§ Responsible for case management and implementation of life insurance products.
§ Will coordinate medical exams and collect Attending Physician Statements from both Spanish and English providers.
§ Will generate and send reports to Global Banks and Partners for monthly meetings as needed.
§ Will manage client data in the CRM system, will accurately input data into the system as required.
§ Will organize Annual Service Review data and assist in meeting set up and coordination.
§ Help organize events, staff training sessions, and internal meetings.
§ Work with Group Operations on internal projects and process improvements for the U.S. office.
§ Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support office and sales operations.
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
§ 2–4 years of experience in office administration or sales support.
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
§ Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
§ Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under extreme deadlines
§ Ability to work with high-net-worth clients on phone and in person.
