Our Esthetician Makeup Artists in Training at BASE ONE will perform esthetic services at the PENZONE New Artist Concept Salon Spa. Gain hands-on experience during training while supported by a PENZONE Creative Educator, giving them the knowledge skillset necessary for success in the industry. After completing training, artists will work on mastering their skills while performing services at base prices at our PENZONE New Artist Concept Salon Spa at BASE ONE.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform esthetics services at PENZONE x BASE ONE on guests paying base prices.
- Complete learning modules with a combination of self-paced hands-on and online training. Training can be completed in as little as 3 weeks, based on performance. The training period will prepare artists for their books to open for base price services at BASE ONE. If required, additional time is offered to assist our team members in mastering skills.
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the service while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards per PENZONE state board expectations.
- A flexible schedule - about 25 hours/week
- Valid Ohio Esthetics (preferred) or Cosmetology License
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external guests
- Previous salon experience is welcomed, but not required
- Reliable transportation to BASE ONE in Dublin, OH
- Hourly pay rate retail commission
