Key Responsibilities
- Perform job data entry, payment processing (EFTs and checks), and maintain organized financial records.
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance.
- Manage subcontractor payment applications, certificates of insurance, and notice-to-owner logs.
- Organize and file key documents, including COIs, releases, and emails.
- Adhere to financial policies and procedures, identifying risks or opportunities to management.
- Support efforts to streamline and automate financial processes.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting.
- Experience with Sage or Timberline software.
- Previous accounting experience in commercial construction.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

- Ability to manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
