Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design, development, and implementation of summer programming, student orientation, parent orientation, and student internships
- Assist with the management and monitoring of HCOP students and the mentorship program
- Ensure students are actively participating in programming during the school year
- Assist with the recruitment and selection of program participants, staff, faculty, instructors, class assistants, and guests.
- Maintain longitudinal data on all programs.
- Assist with the tracking of participants' college and career goals.
- Provide effective customer service to constituencies within the PHCA Pipeline Programs.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and determining the proper placement of all PHCA Pipeline participants.
- Assist in the coordination of conferences, events, and activities that directly benefit Pipeline.
- Supervise students and volunteers
- Assist in the development of curriculum and lesson planning
- Assist in maintaining and managing current student and alumni data.
- Work effectively on various projects and assignments as designated by the Executive Director of Pipeline Programs.
- Assist in completing, maintaining, examining, and submitting accurate reports as requested and/or assigned.
- Assist with grant research to identify funding opportunities that support the PHCA Pipeline Program.

Hourly Wage: $24.47 - $26.44 per hour
Qualifications/Requirements:
EDUCATION:
- Regionally accredited Bachelor’s degree in public health, communications, public relations, or a related field, is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Three (3) to five (5) years of office experience
- Previous work experience in project support, data reporting, or involvement in communications with program stakeholders.
- Bilingual preferred
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Current driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle for work-related travel
