INTRODUCTION: Responsible for monitoring the quality of the programs and services and assist in risk management activities as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
ADMINISTRATION:
Assesses service planning and delivery, documentation and safeguarding the rights, funds, and health and safety of
persons being served.
Proactively identifies quality concerns, strategizes about solutions and guides implementation
Verifies implementation of strategies designed to improve outcome measures
Provides technical assistance, subject matter expertise and partners with operations to design and implement local
process improvement initiatives
Participates in division meetings, monitors data and reports on quality indicators
Reviews satisfaction survey data and supports design, implementation and verification of improvement strategy
COMPLIANCE:
Partners with operations to implement Company and local policies and procedures
Conducts regular audits of program operations to assess compliance with external and internal standards, including
Company and local policies and procedures
Supports operations to prepare for licensing, certification and accreditation
Collaborates with operations leadership to develop and implement correction plans to remediate identified deficiencies
and verifies implementation
Completes internal audits
RISK MANAGEMENT:
Monitors incident management and reporting
Collaborates with operations to design and implement risk mitigation strategies
Reviews incident data and drives process to respond to incident patterns and trends
Conducts internal investigations of incidents, allegations and complaints; reviews facts, determines conclusions and
advises about response to findings
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Identify training needs and work with HR and Operations to develop resources to meet quality standards
May provide training including customer service, program planning, individual rights, incident management, risk
management, health, safety and others
Provide technical support as required
SYSTEM ANALYSIS, DESIGN AND IMPROVEMENT:
Provide quality assurance / improvement focused technical assistance and subject matter expertise regarding process
improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree preferred and 3 years human services programs experience. Experience in multiple service programs is preferred
