Job Title: Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Training
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Training to join our team at Charles River Community Health. As a pharmacy professional, you will play a vital role in assisting the pharmacy team with prescription preparation, billing, and dispensing of medications.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in Preparation: Help prepare and dispense prescription medications while maintaining productivity, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and accommodate patient needs in a timely, efficient, and caring manner.
- Data Entry: Enter prescription data into data processing software, take stock bottles from the shelf for prescriptions, reconstitute prescriptions, label prescription containers, prepare unit-dose, modified unit-dose, and medication cards, make the offer to counsel, and maintain patient records and prescription information using a pharmacy computer system.
- Answer Calls: Answer telephone calls in a timely, professional manner.
