JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician I to work in our MDX Department located in Wilmington, MA.
- Pay: $22.00-$23.50 per hour
- Work Schedule: 7:00 am -3:00 pm OR 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday through Friday)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs technical laboratory activities in support of client studies or procedures.
- Records data in compliance with company and regulatory policies and standards to meet quality and accuracy requirements.
- Reconciles customer paperwork with submission documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Makes detailed observations and maintains documentation of all laboratory work.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The following are minimum requirements related to the Laboratory Technician I position.
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED).
- Previous experience in a laboratory or animal science environment.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Must be detail oriented and a multitasker.
- Works independently, but also a team player.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in biological sciences or related discipline.
- 2 years of previous related experience in a Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Contract Research Organization laboratory environment. Experience with aseptic techniques.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $22.00-23.50 / hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
