Mass General Brigham (MGB) Affiliated Primary Care and Rheumatology Office in Hudson MA provides professional, ethical, and evidence based medical care to the local community.
We have two physicians and five full/part time Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants (NP/PAs) in the office.

OPEN POSITIONS
Our office is currently seeking a NP/PAs (Full time or Part time) to provide medical services to our patients and ensure that they are receiving both the appropriate diagnosis and treatment. The right candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining patient relationships. The candidate will provide primary care, urgent care, and conduct follow-ups. A successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills as well as a dedication to achieving a high level of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Under the general supervision of one or more CRMA physicians, NP/PAs perform direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Obtains and records medical histories.
- Performs and records physical examinations and assessments of patients in this ambulatory setting. Orders appropriate diagnostic tests and consults according to established office guidelines.
- Review findings and treatment plan with supervising physician as deemed necessary
- Plan and initiate health maintenance and disease prevention for patients, including education, instruction and counseling.
- Triage telephone calls of patients. Document necessary information appropriately.
- The NP/PAs, with legal prescriptive authority, prescribe medications in accordance with an agreement defined by the supervising physician and the NP/PAs.
- The NP/PAs will participate in professional meetings, committees, seminars, and other continuing education to keep abreast of changes in professional practice to enhance professional growth, and to meet professional standards.
- Follows CRMA protocols for billing/hipaa compliance and utilization of the electronic medical record.
