At CRMA, we are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter for our 30 MetroWest locations. This Full-Time opportunity in our Framingham location is a hybrid position for a talented individual with a growth mindset. Key duties include recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions in the medical field for primary care and specialty physician office staff. Schedule is Hybrid: 2 days on-site in Framingham / 3 days remote.
- You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our offices. You will work closely with office managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent technical skills to source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Handle Pre employment screening, reference checks, providing offer letters, benefit information and attaining system access as well as scheduling orientation
- Work closely with our training team to ensure system access is completed.
- Work closely with our credentialist to ensure smooth onboarding for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Prepare all appropriate documentation for New Hire Orientation to run smoothly. Be back up for conducting new hire orientation.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and seamless process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry organizations for potential talent pipelines.
- Participate in career fairs and industry events to promote.
- Collaborate with Human Resource Manager to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication while demonstrating a high degree of diplomacy and tact.

- We are looking for someone who has proficiency with office application and software, as well as social media platforms including recruitment sites.

- Health Insurance: 90% of premium paid by CRMA for fulltime staff, prorated for part-time.
