About the Role :
The Nursing Supervisor oversees the care of patients at Charles River Recovery during the evening shift and is responsible to ensure quality patient care and adequate staffing for census & acuity level, as well as provide clinical support to the ATS & CSS treatment teams. Act as point of contact on shift for staff members, for any and all incidents / emergencies, in lieu of Senior Leadership.Your leadership and expertise will be critical in maintaining our high standards of care and ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. This position is an evening position and will also require one weekend shift.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Active nursing license
- Previous experience in substance abuse treatment facility
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing leadership or management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical team and other healthcare professionals
