Responsibilities:
- Support customers on the dock, providing expert advice on paddling techniques and equipment usage.
- Demonstrate safe handling of kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Maintain awareness of potential hazards on the dock and water, responding promptly in case of emergencies.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and around water, with previous experience in watersports desirable.
- Multilingual skills and CPR/First Aid certification are valuable assets.
