What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at Charles Ryan Associates?
CRA is seeking an enthusiastic, talented and smart creative to join our team as a Graphic Designer. The preferred candidate will be able to handle all aspects of a client’s creative elements, including print advertising, digital advertising, websites, collateral material, logo development, typography and more. The Graphic Designer will work with the Creative and Art Directors to develop and hone creative executions as well as implement client feedback.

Qualifications
- Two to three years experience in an advertising and/or design environment.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud; must include InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; skills in After Effects, Animate, Premiere, Dreamweaver or XD are a plus.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Designs and produces art and copy layouts for visual communications.
- Designs media in a wide variety of styles that correspond to the client’s needs.
- Communicates with Creative and Art Directors as well as our account services team to ensure coordination between client direction and creative product delivery.
- Adheres to client budgets and time constraints.
- Meeting assigned deadlines.
- Presents new ideas to members of the team.
- Monitors projects through all phases of production.
- Develops designs that are on strategy and reflect a brand’s personality.
