Schwab Retirement Plan Services provides third party recordkeeping and retirement plan administration to employers nationwide. We believe the provider matters, and we are committed to near-perfect service. Operational Control serves as the final quality check of transactional verification, seeing that all account activities, including cash & units, match from the SRPS Recordkeeping system to Charles Schwab Trust Bank.
The team is responsible for providing quality monitoring and reporting to Retirement Plan Services business partners and management to ensure compliance and accuracy of all transactions. It is also important as a team to provide meaningful feedback and recommendations to business partners to improve operational efficiency for the firm.

What you have
Required:
- An undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience required
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills
- Self-driven and demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Ability to learn new technology and utilize a variety of data and systems to proactively identify solutions to meet business needs
- Effective critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail while keeping a holistic approach
- Intermediate technical skills, with the ability to use multiple applications simultaneously and efficiently, including Microsoft Windows, internet research, database systems, and email
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, and quickly develop a full understanding of our business
