Our Site Reliability Engineering team is seeking an experienced Windows Server Systems Administrator to provide the following server support functions:
- Perform trending and analysis of critical server support issue
- Perform root cause analysis
- Develop and manages action plans
- Identify training and process improvement opportunities
- Perform complex changes to production and development server environments.
The Windows Server Systems Administrator will be responsible for effectively initiating, planning, and executing assigned tasks. This individual will work to improve technical services and process issues as well as share information with technical teams.
Qualified candidates will have experience working in large enterprise-wide environments. These activities require a large amount of cross-organizational interaction with internal Technology and Business development teams with clear and accurate communication emphasized. The ideal candidate will also be team oriented, customer focused, responsible, and enjoy a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a distributed multi-server environment
- 5 years of experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 (installation, troubleshooting and administration).
- 2 years of development experience in one or more or programming languages: PowerShell, Java or Python.
- Knowledge of IP networking including TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, IP routing, etc.
- Experience with VMware or other virtualization products.
- Excellent project management skills and strong interpersonal, problem-solving, prioritization, conflict resolution, analytical, influence, facilitation, negotiation and time and resource management skills.
- High aptitude for quality documentation of technical processes.
- Strong, attentive listening skills with the ability/willingness to learn about business, system and organizational change.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic environment across various sites and ability to organize complex information.
- Strong knowledge of organizational procedures and policies, products and services.
- Able to be in an on-call rotation for 1 week at a time.
- Comfortable speaking on conference/bridge calls
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification as a Microsoft Systems Engineer preferred.
