The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional administration of a book of assigned trust accounts, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures; as well as, legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves providing exceptional service to clients, overseeing all aspects of trust administration, including establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, interpreting and applying trust provisions, documenting distributions, and completing timely account reviews.
What You Have
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal trust administration serving as the primary point of contact with an assigned book of business.
- Strong knowledge of the principles of trust administration and practical working experience in administering trusts governed by both Delaware and Nevada law.
- A Bachelors degree is required.
Prior experience with directed trusts and proficiency in CTFA or equivalent work experience would be highly beneficial. Additionally, superior organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to interface with various people are essential for success in this role.
