Duties

- Oversee the operation of assembly lines, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Utilize forklift, hand tools, and power tools to assist in the fabrication and assembly processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any production issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance against targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Proficiency in using forklifts, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience working in a warehouse or factory setting with an understanding of assembly line processes.
