About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement, ensuring seamless coordination of all processes to meet business objectives. This role requires a data-driven approach, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics to optimize the supply chain process.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure reliability and performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain to ensure business continuity.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency through technology and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage and mentor supply chain team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
