Charles Taylor Safety Solutions is seeking a Safety Manager in New York, NY.
1099 Contract position without per-diem.

Project details:
- 40-60 hours/week. M-Sat. OT
- 3 year project

certifications required for the project: OSHA 30 in construction, 40-hour NYC-Department of Buildings Site Safety Manager Course, A minimum of ninety (90) days prior NYCT Right of Way (“ROW”) experience with flagging and diversions of service, and Track Safety Trained for NYCT.
- At least 5 years safety management experience, with recent experience working on a transit/rail project.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting project safety inspections and orientations.
- Safety training as requested/required.
- Observation and monitoring of worksite employees and safety practices.
- Complete document reviews, contractor correspondence, and document management.
- Other tasks and activities within the realm of the EHS profession within the manager's skills, abilities, certifications, and authorizations
- Communicating safety standards between trades, GC and sub-contractors
