Description
A well-respected Regional Property Management firm that has been in business for over 38 years and has an expanding fee management portfolio is looking for resourceful, community-minded team members.
We are looking to fill positions for a full-time Porter/Groundskeeper in the Baltimore Area to provide general cleaning services. The Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for cleaning the exterior of buildings, sweeping, mopping, cleaning laundry rooms, cleaning offices, bulk trash removal, snow removal for sidewalks, and cleaning units before move-in.
The Porter reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Previous experience is preferred but not required.
