Responsibilities
Client Relations : Engage with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and provide guidance.
Sales Support : Assist sales representatives with market research and the preparation of quotes and policy presentations.
Learning & Development : Actively participate in training sessions to understand the insurance industry and company operations.
Client Meetings : Accompany sales representatives on client meetings, presenting an opportunity to observe and learn from outbound sales efforts.
Documentation : Maintain precise records of client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
Requirements
Licensing : Active or ability to obtain Minnesota Insurance License is required.
Experience : Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
