Cardiac Anesthesiology
- Base Salary : $650K
- Sign-On Payment : $100K
- 50 Days Off Annually
- Performance Bonus : Up to $30K
- On-Call : 11 shifts / quarter, Excess Call Pay : $5K (12th-15th shifts), $5.5K (beyond 15 shifts)
- 3K / year for professional expenses
- 7K / year for CME and conferences
- Voluntary Shift Pay : $3,140 for 10 hours
