Job SummaryPerform various direct patient care activities, procedures, and other indirect services under the direction of a Registered Nurse.Responsibilities
- Deliver care to patients as delegated by the Registered Nurse and document care given according to hospital policy and procedures.
- Assist with admission, discharge and transfer process.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and safe, patient and unit environment.
- Provide courteous and prompt response to patient requests.
- Gather and document basic objective data and report findings to the Registered Nurse.
- Assist with unit maintenance related to ordering and receiving supplies, medications, manuals, and equipment.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities1. Maintain and document all applicable required education. 2. Demonstrate positive customer service and co-worker relations. 3. Comply with the company's attendance policy. 4.
