The Charleston Battery is looking for a young professional that is passionate about the sports and wants to gain valuable working experience in the professional soccer industry.
Job Description:
South Carolina’s highest level professional sports team, Charleston Battery, is changing the game when it comes to live events in the low country in their exciting new era at Patriot’s Point.
We are currently seeking interns to support our Sales team. This position is responsible for supporting all lead generation activities for our ticket sales team in regards to Group Tickets, Hospitality Spaces, Suite Boxes, and even Season Memberships. This role has a strong focus on relationship sales, customer retention, and most importantly requires maximum effort. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
B2B Marketing Efforts
Cold Calling
Grassroots & Street Team Efforts
List Building
Learning and utilizing our CRM (Hubspot)
Door to Door Selling
Event Planning
Graphic Design
Must be available to work all home matches (scheduled PTO/Vacation concession can be made)
Job Type:
Entry Level - Internship - Spring and/or Summer Semester
Requirements::
- Enjoys hands on learning
- Eligible for course credit
- Ability to process information and take direction quickly
- Outgoing personality
