Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor assigned areas for potential safety concerns or suspicious activity.
- Ensure that all guests and staff adhere to safety regulations and event policies.
- Assist with crowd control, guiding attendees to appropriate areas and managing lines.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, directing people to safety or providing assistance as needed.
- Help with event setup and breakdown in coordination with other staff members.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting attendees with general event-related inquiries.
- Report any security issues or incidents to event supervisors or security management.
Qualifications:

- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stay alert and remain focused for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with the public.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations.
- Prior security or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shift.
