Position Overview: (Full-Time)
Charleston Battery is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support & Membership Services Coordinator to enhance the season membership experience and support ticket sales operations. This role will be responsible for managing season membership communication, engagement, and renewals while serving as the primary liaison between the business intelligence and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and experience working with data-driven insights to support sales and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Season Membership Services & Retention
- Manage all season membership communication, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize membership renewals, including proactive outreach and personalized touchpoints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for season ticket members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Organize and execute exclusive season member events to enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Track and analyze membership feedback to continuously improve the overall member experience.
Sales Support & Business Intelligence Liaison
- Act as the key liaison between the business intelligence team and sales team, ensuring sales representatives have access to relevant ticketing data, insights, and resources.
- Provide reporting and analysis on sales performance, membership trends, and customer behavior to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in maintaining and improving CRM systems to track sales leads, member interactions, and renewal progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and ticketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for retention and new sales opportunities.
Game Day & Event Support
- Serve as an on-site representative during matchdays and special events, providing support for season members and ticket sales initiatives.
- Assist with ticket resolution and ensure an exceptional game day experience for all members.
- Support the execution of in-game activations, premium seating experiences, and hospitality events related to membership services.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, membership services, or ticketing (preferably in the sports or entertainment industry).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Archtics, or similar platforms) and business intelligence tools is preferred.
- Experience working with Ticketing systems (SeatGeek’s Enterprise Ticket Platform, Ticket Master, or similar platforms) is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (i.e. Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze reports and provide actionable insights.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for matchdays and team events.
- A passion for sports and fan engagement, with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ticket sales, sports business operations, or fan engagement programs.
- Familiarity with business intelligence reporting tools and ticketing platforms.
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred) to support diverse fan engagement efforts.
