About Charleston ENT & Allergy
We are seeking qualified Medical Assistants to join our team in Hilton Head. Our Medical Assistants play a critical role in the success of our practice, interacting with patients and their families on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Check In/Out
- Clinic Opening and Closing
- Triaging Patients and Assisting Physicians with Procedures
- Scheduling Testing
- Calling in Prescriptions
- Performing Allergy Shots and Taking Vitals
- Administering Tympanometry Exams for Ear Pressure
- Floating Between Front and Back Office Responsibilities as Needed
- Scanning Patient Records and Other Information as Necessary
- Contacting Insurance Companies to Pre-certify Tests and Procedures for Physicians
Requirements:
- CCMA, CMA, NCMA or RMA Certification
- Competitive Pay Scale ($20-$23/hour depending on experience)
