Branch Manager – Charleston Grounds Management (North Charleston, SC)
Charleston Grounds Management is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Branch Manager to lead operations at our North Charleston, SC branch. This leadership role is responsible for driving productivity, efficiency, sales growth, and accountability while ensuring seamless branch operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, tech-savvy, sales-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.
Position Details:
- Location: North Charleston, SC
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (after hours as needed)
- Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Branch Operations – Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all teams.
- Drive Sales & Growth – Actively pursue and secure new commercial landscape maintenance contracts and enhancement projects.
- Manage & Approve Estimates in Aspire – Ensure accuracy in job costing, proposals, and financial forecasting.
- Utilize Aspire Software – Leverage technology to streamline workflow, track job progress, monitor financials, and improve operational efficiencies.
- Hold Teams Accountable – Set clear performance expectations and ensure all employees meet company standards for quality, productivity, and customer service.
- Train & Support Account Managers and Production Managers– Provide coaching to improve customer relationships, contract retention, and overall client satisfaction.
- Oversee Production & Fleet Management – Ensure proper scheduling, job execution, and equipment maintenance for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure Quality in Landscape Services – Oversee commercial landscape maintenance, plant healthcare, chemical applications, irrigation, and enhancement work. MUST Have experience in landscape.
- Uphold Safety & Compliance Standards – Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and workplace safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven Leadership Experience – Strong ability to lead, manage, and hold employees accountable for performance.
- Sales-Driven Mindset – Ability to close deals, build relationships, and expand the company’s commercial client base.
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – Must be proficient in Aspire software and comfortable using technology to manage operations. 3 year experience.
- Commercial Landscaping Knowledge REQUIRED– 3 years Experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation, plant healthcare, chemical applications, and enhancement work.
- Excellent Organizational & Communication Skills – Ability to multitask, set priorities, and drive operational success in a fast-paced environment.
