Charleston Grounds Management is looking for a driven, results-oriented Branch Manager to lead operations at our North Charleston, SC branch! This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll oversee sales, production, operations, and accountability to drive success. If you’re a go-getter with a passion for growth, leadership, and commercial landscaping, we want to hear from you!
Landscape experience and management experience is required.
What You’ll Do:✅ Lead Branch Operations – Manage daily workflow, oversee teams, and drive efficiency.
✅ Drive Sales & Growth – Secure new commercial contracts and build lasting client relationships.
✅ Oversee the Account Managers & Production Managers – Ensure strong client relationships, contract retention, and seamless project execution.
✅ Manage & Approve Estimates in Aspire – Ensure accurate job costing and proposals.
✅ Leverage Aspire Software – Track projects, optimize financials, and improve operations.
✅ Hold Teams Accountable – Set high standards for performance, productivity, and customer service.
✅ Oversee Production & Fleet Management – Ensure quality job execution and proper equipment maintenance.
✅ Ensure Quality in Landscaping Services – Oversee commercial maintenance, irrigation, enhancements, plant healthcare, and chemical applications.
✅ Maintain Safety & Compliance – Uphold company policies and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For:✔ Experienced Leader – Strong management skills and ability to hold teams accountable.
✔ Sales-Driven – Proven ability to close deals and grow commercial contract work.
✔ Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Aspire software and comfortable using technology.
✔ Commercial Landscaping Expertise – Knowledge of maintenance, irrigation, enhancements, and plant healthcare.
✔ Strong Communication & Organizational Skills – Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
