ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take reservation and customer service calls providing a unique experience for each and every guest.
Ensure accuracy of online and 3rd party bookings.
Handle billing inquires and resolve guest issues.
Assist with spa and dinner reservations.
