It is important to ensure employee and guest satisfaction, without compromising the safety of our staff or guests or the procedures of each brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and energize guests through the fun, ensuring a memorable experience
- Foster a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere that encourages guest participation and interaction.
- Train and motivate all staff to maintain a fun and friendly approach in all guests interactions.
- Actively engage with guests to build rapport, gather feedback, and enhance their experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns with a positive and proactive approach.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, themed nights and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, event planning or a leadership role in a related field.
- Charismatic and outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team while creating a fun and engaging environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences.
- Associates Degree
- Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
- ServSafe Certified
