Charleston Nephrology is looking for a New Patient Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for:

- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Typical Day to Day
- Work the Appointment Hub in Phreesia
- Review new patient data and work with referring MD offices
- Schedule new patient appointments
- Setup new patient accounts, upload records to EHR
- Multi task in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
