Charleston Veterinary Staffing Solutions (CVSS) originated in Summerville, SC as the premier veterinary relief and staffing consult firm. We have now expanded across the Lowcountry and are working to expand across South Carolina! We work with our team and clinics to help address many of the problems that currently plague our industry such as: understaffing, burn-out, compassion fatigue, poor work-life balance, and low pay!

We are currently seeking experienced veterinary technicians to join our Charleston team (LVT preferred, but not required). Our current needs are as follows: Candidates who can work in both specialty hospitals and general practices. We are seeking full-time and part-time candidates! Per Diem positions considered for Qualified candidates.
Our ideal candidates are highly experienced and skilled technicians, people who are personable, trustworthy, motivated, and reliable.
Qualifications:
- LVT preferred, but not required.
- MINIMUM 5 years in clinic experience (deal breaker)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to self-manage and be personable in new environments.
- High level of competency in all aspects of client relations and patient care.

Interview Process: After completing the initial phone interview, you will be scheduled to complete a virtual interview with the Chief of Staff. At this time we do not have a home clinic to complete working interviews so you will then be sent an assessment to complete so we can verify skills and what clinics you would work best in. More details will be discussed during the interview process!
Job Details:
- 1099
- In-Clinic work at various clinics contracted through CVSS (General practice, Specialty, and ER)
- On-Call work, hours will vary weekly (expected to be an average of 24hrs/week)
- Hours and days based on clinic needs
- Schedules posted on a monthly basis
- Full time (3-4 shifts/week, average of 36 hours), Part Time (2-3 shifts/week, average of 24 hours), Per Diem (2 shifts/month minimum)
Pay: From $23.50 per hour (based on licensure and clinic practice, i.e.: GP, Specialty, ER)
