Duties
- Directs, implements, and undertakes conservation programs for artifacts and structures.
- Supervises Museum Technician(s) conducting preventive conservation maintenance of museum collection artifacts in storage and on display.
- Maintains oversight of the condition of museum collection artifacts on exhibit and / or in storage, including periodic condition assessments, conservation activities and requirements for storage or display.
- Ensures proper documentation of conservation activities is properly recorded.
- Supports the inclusion of artifacts in exhibit development.
