Job Summary:
We are seeking a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Implement personal care plans, focusing on resident strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
- Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
- Work with the clinical team to ensure timely resolution of resident needs
What You'll Need:
- Current GNA certification for the state
- 1-2 years of GNA experience preferred
