Physical Therapist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living. As a member of our interdisciplinary clinical team, you will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide person-centered care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents.
You will be responsible for assessing residents' physical abilities and developing individualized treatment plans to promote mobility, strength, and function. You will also collaborate with our onsite physicians group and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
