**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living. As a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups.
- Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
- Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines.
**Requirements**
- Must possess a valid and current state Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Meet current Medicare and state requirements for training.
- Have experience working with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups.
**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $55.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law for employees working 30 hours. Additionally, we provide 401k for all employees 18 and over, education assistance, certification reimbursement, and student loan refinancing partnership programs for employees working 24 hours.
