Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team here at Charlevoix Auto. Salary is the average commissions-based pay plan with draw. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. As well as maintain consistent communication after the purchasing process.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
• Assist customers in test-driving vehicles and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring accurate listings.
• Utilize software tools for inventory management and customer relationship management.
• Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
• Deliver compelling presentations on vehicle features during public speaking engagements or events.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with customers and present vehicles.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus.
• Ability to perform cold calling to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Proficient in using sales support software and tools for tracking customer interactions.
• A strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• A passion for automobiles and staying updated on industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,469.00 - $82,564.00 per year
