We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team here at Charlevoix Auto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and an eye for detail, as you will be working directly with clients to enhance the appearance of their vehicles.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, waxing, and buffing.
- Detail the interior of vehicles, ensuring all surfaces are clean and free from dust and debris.
- Conduct car wash services, utilizing appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
- Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Drive vehicles to various locations as required while maintaining safety and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area, adhering to custodial standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with buffing techniques and detailing tools is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A valid driver's license is necessary for driving vehicles during the detailing process.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
