Essential Duties:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
- Ability to multi-task by taking care of both bar guests and service tickets in a timely manner
- Assess guest's needs and preferences and make recommendations and answer all related inquiries.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to company recipes
- Balance the cash drawer at the start and close of each shift.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Work with other bartenders
Qualifications:
- Proficient in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Ability to operate a POS terminal
- Knowledge of and adherence to state and federal alcohol laws
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar, organized, stocked and clean
- Working knowledge of standard cocktail recipes
- Ability to reach, bend and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
- Full nights and weekend availability
