What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader/Key Holder position at Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings?
Duties:
- Assist the General Manager and AGM in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement and enforce food safety standards and procedures
- Coordinate food production and ensure timely service
- Collaborate with the cook and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to guests
- Support the GM and AGM in team management and performance evaluation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, inventory control, and food safety practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
