Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our café. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with precision.
• Prepare food items according to company standards and health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Assist in restocking supplies and keeping inventory organized.
• Provide support to team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures.

Skills

• Strong cash handling skills with experience using POS systems.
• Knowledge of food handling practices within the food industry.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant setting.
• A helpful attitude with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in sales or the café environment is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
