Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of appearance and quality. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including interior vacuuming, shampooing, and exterior washing.
- Apply detailing techniques such as buffing and waxing to enhance the vehicle's appearance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services.
- Assist with car wash operations as required, ensuring all vehicles are cleaned to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Familiarity with detailing tools and products is a plus, including knowledge of buffing techniques.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
