About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to lead our employer channel strategy. This executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with employers, benefits leaders, and third-party administrators (TPAs) to expand access to our mental health solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in employer benefits, healthcare partnerships, and B2B business development, with a track record of successfully driving revenue and impact through employer-based partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to establish and grow partnerships with employers, benefits consultants, TPAs, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Business Development : Identify and engage potential employer partners, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate agreements that increase access to and drive utilization of our program
- Revenue Growth : Own revenue targets for the employer channel, leveraging partnerships to expand our reach and impact
- Market Positioning : Conduct market research and work closely with marketing, product, and clinical teams to align messaging, tailor offerings to employer needs, and differentiate our solutions in the marketplace
- Collaboration : Partner with internal teams, including sales, product / engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless implementation and execution of employer partnerships
- Thought Leadership : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements to position us as a leader in employer-driven mental health solutions
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data and insights to track partnership performance, optimize strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.

Additional Information
The target total cash compensation range for this role, including potential bonus, will be between $350,000 and $450,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
