Summary of Position
Charlie Hustle is more than a local t-shirt company. We aim to celebrate your story by using apparel as our canvas. Our clothing paired with unique designs is what makes us a fan favorite. We're looking for a hard-working, customer service-driven individual who can help us maintain and enhance our top-notch fulfillment team. This is a full-time, hourly position (between 30-40 hours per week).
Responsibilities include assisting the fulfillment team in:
- Fulfilling daily online and wholesale orders.
- Shipping and receiving, as it relates to purchase orders.
- Ensuring stock is accurate and making adjustments to inventory.
- Completing warehouse tasks and duties as assigned.
- Performing production tasks, including folding, packing, and shipping products.
- Analyzing causes of return issues and reporting potential corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year warehouse experience.
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate with end consumers.
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics, which support our values and culture.
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
